The S.E. Asian Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce is a very versatile sauce. It is great with meat, poultry and fish. It can be used to dip egg rolls, pot stickers & fresh pineapple. The sauce can also be used as a quick stir fry sauce or as a glaze on meat, poultry or fish. In Thailand it was served as a dipping sauce with grilled chicken and as a sauce with deep fried red snapper. Unlike regular sweet & sour sauces this product does not contain flour or cornstarch but uses a cooking process to achieve the clear slightly thickened sauce.
